A light gold and brilliant Japanese Whisky. The Hakushu's nose is full of peppermint, melon, cucumber flavours followed by a fresh palate with yuzu, grapefruit, lemon thyme. A refreshing finish with a hint of smoke.

About Hakushu Distillery :
One century after the foundation of Yamazaki Distillery, Keizo Saji, the son of Suntory founder constructed a second site to continue his father's quest for innovation : the Hakushu Distillery.
He had searched all over Japan for high quality water that will become the most delicately aromatic to produce whisky that people would love. After searching with tenacity to the headstreams of rivers and deep into rugged mountains, he found Hakushu. The Hakushu Distillery is one of the highest distilleries in the world, built amidst the deepest forests of Kaikomagatake in the Japanese Southern Alps.
