Tasting notes: Following on from 2017, 2018 was another warm vintage supplying richer-style wines. This has super-ripe melon and pear fruit balanced by a pithy grapefruit edge to finish as the grapes were picked early to maintain their freshness.

About the vineyards :
"Produced from the family's 19 hectares of vines growing in 'Terres blanches' - chalky clay - soil. Vineyards are worked sustainably, organically where possible. It was cool-fermented in stainless steel and aged upon its lees for 5 months."
