Classic Amontillado is an extraordinarily fine, complex and sophisticated sherry produced in Spain by Fernando de Castilla. With its beautiful bright amber colour, this classic Amontillado Sherry is beautifully complex with raisined and nutty characters. It has a tangy nose and a flavour displaying layer upon layer of deliciously plump sensations on the way.

This spirit is often drunk as an aperitif in Spain.
