Tasting notes: Smokey raspberry and red cherry fruit lifts effortlessly out of the glass. The palate is rich yet delicate with plenty of crunchy red berry fruits and a supple finish. This is a wine that has plenty of handcrafted charm.

Food match: Goose and duck immediately spring to mind… but also great with mushroom-based dishes, BBQ meats and foie gras.
