Clearspring Brown Rice Miso Paste is an unpasteurised organic Japanese fermented paste made from different types of grains but mainly soya and a unique koji fermentation culture.
Use this paste instead of salt to flavour dishes such as soups and stews. A very good match with ingredients such as ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, tahini and citrus zest and juice.
